Do not proceed unless the following 2 items are true:
1. You own a domain name; purchased from MarketMSO or elsewhere, and
2. If you purchased a domain name elsewhere, you have pointed the NameServers to the MarketMSO service

Setting up Zoho Email Service

Your MarketMSO account comes with email service included in your monthly cost. We are utilizing Zoho to give you the best email experience possible. With Zoho, you can use their app to check email, have multiple email accounts and so much more…

Step 1

Go to Zoho.com and create an account. You can easily setup your account by signing in with Facebook, Google, Twitter etc…

Step 2

Once you create your account, you will be taken to the next screen, Click Mail.

Step 3

There are several options for Zoho service. We recommend that you select the LITE* version as it provides everything you need to get started with email service.
Leave the bottom section blank as you are going to use your custom domain name with Zoho, not a Zoho.com email address.

BASIC SERVICE IS FREE AND PROVIDES EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO GET STARTED

Step 4

Now you need to input your domain name that you are using with your MarketMSO service. Again, like the very first steps says, if you have not purchased a domain name yet, you need to do that before you can use email.

Input your domain and click Add Domain.

If you purchase a domain on this page, it is not associated with MarketMSO.

Step 5

Almost complete!!

You should see a Congratulations page next. This means everything is setup correctly so far, now there are a just a couple additional steps to connect your MarketMSO email to your Zoho account.

Click on Setup YOURDOMAINNAME in Zoho

Step 6

The last piece to get everything communicating correctly.

On this screen:

  1. Change the DNS Hosting Provider to cPanel
  2. Click on TXT Method
  3. Copy the Value / Points To / Destination line and send it to us atMarketMSO Support Email Address

Step 7 – Next Steps…

After you have sent us your email, you will receive a reply once your changes have been made. Please allow up to 48 hours for the changes to propagate out and for mail to start coming into your Zoho account.

You can start setting the individual email address after you send us the email and once we reply back, you can go back and verify the account. If you have any issues, please reply to the same email and let us know so we can get it resolved.
