    There are many ways to use your Zoho email account

    1. You can use their app, all of your email accounts on one screen without having to log in and out of each email address
    2. You can pull Zoho into Gmail – This means Google checks your email for you and delivers it into your Gmail account
    3. Outlook
    4. Manuel setup on each device

    Zoho has a page that they maintain which shows you the settings needed to sync your Zoho emails with a device or program. https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/imap-access.html

    There are also many settings that you can enable, such as Folder View Settings which means that you can enable or disable folders to sync via IMAP.


    IMAP SETTINGS

    You can configure your Zoho Mail account in any standard IMAP client. The required configuration details for accessing Zoho Mail account via IMAP are given below.

    Incoming Server Settings:

    Incoming Server Name: imappro.zoho.com
    Port: 993
    Require SSL: Yes
    Username : you@yourdomain.com

    Outgoing Server Settings: 

    Outgoing Server Name: smtp.zoho.com
    Port: 465 with SSL or
    Port: 587 with TLS
    Require Authentication: Yes

    You may require Application Specific password to set up the account in other devices, if Two Factor Authentication is enabled for your account.


     

    POP3 Settings

    You can configure Zoho Mail account in any standard POP client using the POP details provided below. The complete Zoho account email address should be provided correctly in both the email address field and the user name field. In case you have Two Factor Authentication turned on, generate and use an application specific password in the email client.

    Incoming Server Settings:

    Incoming Server Name: poppro.zoho.com
    Port: 995
    Require SSL: Yes
    Username : you@yourdomain.com

    Outgoing Server Settings: 

    Outgoing Server Name: smtp.zoho.com
    Port: 465, SSL or
    Port: 587, TLS
    Require Authentication: Yes


    Use the above settings for the username, password and server info for the below instructions.

    User Name : Your complete Zoho mail account email address. If your domain is hosted with Zoho, then provide you@yourdomain.com here.

    Email Address : Your complete Zoho mail account email address. If your domain is hosted with Zoho, provide you@yourdomain.com.
    Password: Your Zoho account password

    1. Login to Google Gmail
    2. Click the gear and then select Settings
    3. 1
    4. Click on Accounts and Import and then click on Add a POP3 mail account you own

    6. Enter your email address and click Next Step
    7. Enter your password that you used to check webmail above
    8. Change the POP Server to: poppro.zoho.com
    9. Port: 995
    10. Uncheck all boxes unless you would like the emails tagged with a label
    11. If you want a label attached to each message, select the Label incoming messages box and select a label or scroll to the bottom and select New Label
    12. Click Add Account

    14. Select Yes, I want to be able to send email as XXXXXX@XXXXX.com
    15. Click Next Step
    16. Input the name as you wish it to appear when sending emails from this account
    17. uncheck Treat as alias
    18. Enter SMTP Info
      1. SMTP Server: smtp.zoho.com
      2. Username: FULL EMAIL ADDRESS
      3. Password: YOUR PASSWORD
      4. Port: 465
      5. Secured Connection with SSL
      6. gmail5
    19. Click Add Account
    20. Now check your email and put the code that Google sends into the box.
